Hey!………. Make them share!

Happy Tuesday fashion lovelies!

Remember THIS post I wrote?  Well, I got a lot of feedback on it in-world. I’m glad I’m not the only one who hates an information whore.

People have been asking me to help them find things which I am glad to do. I thought once a week I could post the requests here and we can all look and see if we can help each other find stuff. For those that say read properties, I know that’s easy. I mean the hard stuff. Like a picture of an item or an item with no sculpty/flexi parts etc… You’ve asked the person where they got the item and they ignore you or won’t tell you.

Let’s start with the item that got me on this trip to begin with lol. I wanted to know where to get this hair.

I know it’s not the best picture as I shot it in SL from a small vendor. Anyway, let’s see if we can find it!!

Do you have something you would like o find in SL? If so, contact Silk Mandel in-world via notecard. Please include a picture or LM and as much info as possible. Remember “Sharing is caring” LOL…cheesy I know, but it was sooo appropriate. Now go find that hair and report back to me!

Have I been hiding under a rock?

I went to ETD today and discovered the amazing discount section! How come I didn’t know about this before? Oh well I can’t dwell on it! What I can do is share it with all of YOU

There is tons of stuff in her discount section! Hair, hair, hair, galore. Shoes, Clothes, sunglasses etc… All the clothes are 15L I believe and they are really cute! The hair ranges in price. Some hair packs are only 20L and some are 100L. Some ginormous packs (all colors) are only 35L!!!! Crazy…I KNOW!

 

I had to buy a pair of PJ’s and go do my happy dance in my bed in the sky lol!

I felt like going to the beach today in my new *gasp* thong bikini! I’m not one to let my booty show, but I was feeling a little daring today.

Do you share where you find items in SL?

I was just walking up the walkway to the Titanic Ballroom and noticing my hair swaying. It got me thinking about how I found the hair in the first place. One day I was shopping at Sascha’s Designs and noticed this gorgeous hair in her ads. I had to have it! It was so elegant and beautifully textured. I sent her an IM and and she replied back to me! She was so kind and funny. She told me exactly where she got the hair and then we chatted for a while and had some laughs.

Have you ever asked someone where they got something and they ignored you or won’t tell you? I wonder why that is. I was at a store a few weeks ago and sent a notecard to the store owner, because I liked a hair in one of her vendors (I’m addicted to hair lol). I saw she accepted the notecard, but she never replied. I tried again about a week later and same thing, she accepted, but no reply.

It’s a hair for goodness sake! Why not share where you got it from? You would think a designer would share that info, because they would want others to share a LM to their store. It has ruined my impression of her. There are too many places to shop in SL and if you can’t share…well then I’ll go somewhere else.

I’m here trying to catch the last rays of sun before the day is over. The bathing suit and wrap I am wearing are a new creation by me. They haven’t been placed out yet in my shop Clover, but they will soon! This one is called Blue Lagoon. Stay tuned….
